SESSIONS
On offer are half hour and one hour sessions either by zoom or face-to-face. Early morning and evening hours are available upon request.
Whatever you choose to bring to the session is what is meant for that
session. Remember it is your session, there is “no right or wrong” or set
formula. What is needed for you in that session will be provided, and you
will be supported and guided through whatever issues arise, offering you
clarity or a more balanced perspective on your life.
It is important to realise that most of the therapy occurs between
sessions. This is when insights, realisations and self-awareness can be put
into action and embodied, and tools can be practised. Therefore, you
may notice the real shifts not in the sessions, but when you are out living
your life in between appointments.
