Approach

I am a strong believer in empowering my clients to start their process of transformation from the inside out.

Taking a strengths-based approach strips back the layers of past patterns, beliefs, and behaviours, to come back to who they truly are. Liberated from these shackles, individuals are free to make new loving choices about whom they want to be in their lives in the present, opening a world of possibilities for the future.

In all my work, both in hospitals and in private practice, my approach is client-centred. This is an approach I take very seriously. I aim to empower every person I work with to be able to heal themselves, by helping them develop their own resources, resilience, and self-concept, while also providing them with useful tools to assist them on a practical level.

I work in collaboration with clients, supporting them to find their own answers, which helps them to decide what they want from their lives, and what serves them best.

It is not my job to tell people how to live, or what to do. However, within each therapeutic relationship, I will gently reflect, without judgment, on what is going on, which is where awareness and growth can occur.
